DLS and DLS-ECO lasers are integrated with IPG projection process heads that distribute laser energy over areas as small 25 cm2 and as large as 10,000 cm2.
 
Smaller illumination areas are well-suited for applications like annealing or R&D while large illumination areas are a good choice for replacing convection furnaces and infrared lamps in high throughput industrial applications like battery foil drying, paint drying, and powder coat curing.
